How to get the FileOpen Plug-in:

In order to open a document controlled by the FileOpen Publisher or WebPublisher systems, you will need three things:

1. Adobe Acrobat 4.0 or later (Reader or full version), already installed

2. The FileOpen client plug-in (see below)

3. The permission of the document's owner.

If you got this message, you need the FOPN_foweb plug-in. Download it here (Windows/Mac).

If you are seeing a message which says the "FOPN_fLock" security handler is missing, you need an older version of the plug-in which you can download here (Windows only).

If you download the plug-ins and still can't access the documents, and believe you should have permission, please contact the publisher of the document, not FileOpen Systems.
