If you have received a FileOpen-encrypted document and cannot open it, you should contact the publisher/document owner to obtain permissions or technical support.

FileOpen provides software to publishers, but we don't have direct control over which users/devices are allowed to open files. Only the publisher/licensee can enable access.

However, if you are an end-user and your issue is related to installation of the FileOpen Client then please send email to support@fileopen.com with details of the issue and of your environment (OS and PDF viewer).
