3. Create Offline Permissions. You may want to allow Offline Permissions, to let people use your documents when they cannot be connected to the Internet; such as on an airplane. In this case, you can limit the number of times or period of time in which they can view the document offline. When offline viewing permissions expire, the document will check back with the Publisher3 PermissionServer for Online Permissions, at which point Offline Permissions can be automatically renewed. At this point any other changes to permissions will be inherited by the document without having to send a new document or re-register the user.
