2. Create Online Permissions. When you create a group, you decide which permissions will apply to the entire group. The Online Permissions tab determines what kind of access a user will have when he or she is online (connected to the Internet). You can limit the number of times the document can be opened, limit the length of time the document may be viewed, and control printing. You can also prevent the user from saving a local copy of the document by leaving the "Allow Save As" option unchecked.
