1. Create Document Groups. These are sets of permissions to which you can later add users and documents. Above we show the example of subscriptions, but you can create Document Groups for any purpose. In a corporate environment, you may have a different group for each department. Users and documents can belong to more than one group. Documents need only be encrypted once, and will inherit the permissions of whichever group you add them to. |
